The complimentary retouch appointment is a one-time offer and is non-transferable.
It is designed to provide added value to your initial service and ensure your complete satisfaction.
This offer is valid for a period of 12 weeks from the date of your original service.
I encourage you to schedule your complimentary retouch within this time frame to take full advantage of this offer.
The complimentary retouch appointment is final and cannot be rescheduled, even if you are unable to attend due to ill health. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, please be aware that I am unable to offer an alternative complimentary retouch. If you wish to have a retouch after missing your complimentary appointment, a fee of £100 will be charged to schedule a new retouch session. This fee helps cover the costs associated with reallocating time and resources to accommodate additional appointments.
